Milestone: Acraea 3.0 structural migration

## Near-term
- Finalize canonical root structure: `src`, `res`, `gen`, `doc`
- Use branch-based versioning (`Acraea2.0`, `main`) instead of versioned release folders
- Keep Codeberg Pages content in sync from canonical folders
- Clear contributor entry points through `doc/README.md`
